Refund Policy

1. Refunds for Individual Sessions

  • You may cancel or reschedule a 1-on-1 session free of charge if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, the session will be charged in full, and no refund will be issued.

  • If we cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.


2. Refunds for Prepaid Packages

  • You may request a full refund on any unused sessions within 7 days of purchase.

  • After 7 days, refunds will be issued only for remaining unused sessions, subject to a 10% processing fee.

  • Any used sessions will be deducted from the total at the full per-session rate before calculating your refund.


3. Group Classes / Workshops

  • For group classes or short-term programs, a full refund will be provided if you cancel at least 48 hours before the first class.

  • No refunds are available once the group class or course has begun, except in cases where the class is cancelled by us.


4. Missed Sessions

  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions without prior notice.

  • In cases of technical difficulties (internet/power outages) on your side, we will try to reschedule once per session, at our discretion.

  • If technical issues occur on our end, we will offer a full reschedule or refund.
