4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session for a full refund or rescheduling.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be charged in full.

If a tutor cancels a session, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

Refunds for prepaid packages are available only within the first 7 days of purchase and only for unused sessions.
5. Code of Conduct
